Decade is a show commissioned by Don Bender and on permanent display on the second floor of the Point Center Building at 427 Moreland Ave, Atlanta, GA 30307. The show shows the same location in 1992 and 2002. The first photograph is how the site looked after the Ga DOT abandoned the project in 1992 with their second attempt to build a limited-access highway in Atlanta. The second photograph shows the same site completed in 2002.
